This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NPI Electronics Engineer to join an expanding manufacturer in Stockport.

Primary Responsibilities – NPI Electronics Engineer – Stockport:

• Building and testing of prototype electronics.
• Support testing and diagnosing electronics issues on production systems.
• Product level Design Verification Testing and extended testing of brand new and modified electronics and the associated firmware.
• Working with Electronics Development to create and implement a standardized testing regime for new laser controllers and electronics.
• Supporting electronics conformity requirements to the relevant standards.
• Working with the Product Engineering Manager to support electronics related issue resolution for field failures and in-build problems.
• If required for an NPI project, to support electronic requirements such as wiring of chassis and performing PCB mods
• Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Required Experience
• Qualification in Electronic Engineering is required.
• Experience of electronics testing in a high tech industry.
• MS Office suite.
