Client Delivery Consultant – Payment Systems
Remote – c. £65K + benefits, negotiable
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer facing Pre or Post Sales Engineer with in-depth payment systems experience to really further their career and not just support internal and external clients, but to become a key part in building out an entire support structure.
You will be joining an established, profitable and growing secure payment platform company at an exciting time, where they are looking to transition from primarily hardware systems to total secure payment solutions incorporating software and services.
The role will be to –
• Provide technical support to clients during integration and post implementation
• Work with clients to scope and introduce new features and functions to the product
• Manage the change request process and client feedback.
• Support Account Managers in the concept, design, scoping and implementation of
client projects in both pre and post sales activities, including RFP and Bid responses,
product customization and integration support.
This role is a fairly standalone one which reports directly into the Chief Product Officer, so you will also be given the opportunity to define and build out the support structure and ultimately head up a small team comprising two more junior consultants.
You will need a demonstrable track record within the payment or retail / hospitality industry, with a focus on EMV, PCI and Security and be excited to join a growing company with big plans and where you will be a senior member of the support team, able to really influence the future direction and shape of the support team.
